PENGARUH GRIT, SELF EFFICACY DAN FAKTOR LAIN TERHADAP KEINGINAN UNTUK MEMPEROLEH SERTIFIKASI AKUNTAN PROFESIONAL

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job security/stability, advancement opportunity, grit, self efficacy, status/prestige, salary and advisory on the desire to obtain professional accountant certification. Professional accountant certification is a certification that can be obtained after obtaining a bachelor of accounting with various types of certifications issued by institutions from Indonesia or abroad. The study was conducted at one institution in Yogyakarta with accounting students in 5th semester or more with the number of samples obtained was 63 samples. Tests carried out are by regression analysis. The results showed that advancement opportunity, grit, self efficacy and advisory had a significant effect on the desire to obtain professional accountant certification. While the variable job security, status / prestige, and salary have no significant effect.
