ANALISIS TINGKAT KESUKSESAN LAYANAN MOBILE BANKING DENGAN MODEL DELONE DAN MCLEAN PADA BANK PANIN

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of system quality variables, information quality and service quality on users, to analyze the effect of system quality variables, information quality and service quality on user satisfaction, to analyze the effect of user variables on user satisfaction, to analyze the effect of user variables. on user satisfaction, to analyze the effect of user and user satisfaction on the net benefits of mobile banking. The research method used is quantitative with the judgment sampling method. The target population is Panin bank customers who use mobile banking services. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and uses SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that from 9 hypotheses there were 5 accepted hypotheses, while 4 hypotheses were rejected.
