Abstract


Lesson content (course content) is one of the determining factors in achieving a successful e-learning program. Content development here include a variety of core courses and / or base present in almost every program of study.
The research goal is to develop the core content subjects and / or foundation based e-learning standards that can be distributed and accessed through the applications and other e-learning systems, as well as developing learning content that is interactive, interesting, helpful, user friendly, and pedagogical, so it can be material and learning resources that allow students to perform learning more effective, flexible, and independent.
Content development program is implemented by using the model Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) which has been tested in the process of developing e-learning content. (Robert Maribe Branch, 2009).
