IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH MENGENAI OTONOMI DAERAH TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH KABUPATEN SLEMAN DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Regional autonomy is the right, authority, and duties of the autonomous regions to set up and manage their own affairs and interests of local communities in accordance with the legislation. Local revenue (PAD) is a mirror independence of a pristine reception area and the area is the main capital for local government finance and local development.
Research conducted with quantitative and qualitative descriptive using validity test performed by the test Test level, namely by increasing the credibility of the data persistence, Credibility Test data source triangulation, Checking the data obtained through several sources. In this study, the data used is Budget Sleman regency obtained from the Department of Revenue Sleman.
Implementation of the Government's policy on regional autonomy Sleman district to regional revenue showed an effective and efficient results. Effectiveness of PAD than in 2008-2012 showed a positive thing that is increasing acceptance of PAD. During the period of 5 years Sleman Regional Government has made efficiency financing tailored to the needs to improve the reception PAD.
