DAMPAK PELATIHAN MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN DAN PENYULUHAN KEAMANAN PANGAN BAGI INDUSTRI TAHU DI BUJIDAN, PENGASIH, KULON PROGO, YOGYKARTA

Abstract


People in Bujidan, Tawangsari, Kulon Progo, a most of them produce TAHU by home industry. The production business know they are hereditary which has been running for a long time, but until now have not been able to develop properly. That is because they ( TAHU produsen) have not been able to produce in large quantities, and yet have the production process of a good standard and quality. That is when they find out they sold not packaged good and interesting, such as the expiration date so, it is hard to reach markets outside their home country. They manufacture and sell still traditionally so that when their products are not sold on that day, they have not been able to process them into other food products, just let it alone. The need for product certification to ensure product quality.

Implementation of the program is able to improve the understanding makers know about the use of accounting or financial management to be able to calculate the true cost of production. Certificates SPP-IRT were successfully obtained from the manufacturer knows prove that the program is running memproleh expected outcomes.
