AKTIFITAS FISKAL DAN INVESTASI DAERAH TINGKAT II DI PROVINSI YOGYAKARTA SERTA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI REGIONAL

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence or role of local revenues and expenditures, as well as local government and private investment on regional economic growth in the province of Yogyakarta in 1990-2007. Tool that uses regression analysis with Error Correction Model (ECM) and regression with panel data. Estimation of the ECM was found that the variable of local government revenues, in the short and long term negative effect, while spending on local government, local private investment, and local government investment in the short and long term positive effect on economic growth. The estimation results with panel data fixed effect model (FEM), the result supports the results of the estimated ECM.
