ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEHATAN BANK BUMN DAN BANK BUMS DI INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN RIS-BASED BANK RATING (RBBR) DENGAN METODE RGEC

Abstract


The health of banks is the ability of a bank conducting banking operations as normal and is able to fulfill its obligations well in a manner appropriate to the prevailing banking regulations. Rating of the need for banks in order to establish confidence in the banking world as well as to implement the precautionary principle (prudental banking) in managing the funds entrusted by the public to the bank. Method of bank rating based regulation under the Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 13/1 / PBI / 2011 with the approach RBBR (Risk-Based Bank Rating) and the factors assessed Risk Profile (Risk Profile), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings (Profitability ), and Capital (Capital) or abbreviated to RGEC method.

The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the soundness of the Bank BUMN and BUMS Bank in Indonesia using RGEC. The data used is secondary data, the annual financial statements of the period 2011-2014. With the method of data collection methods of literary study and observational studies with sample selection purposive sampling techniques and methods of data analysis using comparative descriptive analysis.

The results of this study indicate that the level of Bank-Owned (BUMN) has the value of the indicator is very healthy compared to Bank Private Owned (BUMS), which the Bank-Owned (BUMN) excelled on indicators LDR, ROA and CAR, while Bank Private Owned (BUMS ) only superior in NPL indicators and GCG.
