PENGARUH STATUS KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA KBM AGROFERESTI PERHUTANI UNIT 1 JAWA TENGAH)

Abstract


There are eight variables used to analyze the performance difference between permanent employees and outsourced employees. The variable is morale, implementation of the tasks, the cooperation with the team, loyalty, skill in work, responsibility, discipline, and problem resolution. The test results with SPSS V.17, shows that there is no performance difference between permanent employees and employees of outsourcing in terms of morale, the implementation of the tasks, skills in work, responsibility, discipline and problem resolution. because of the significant value of p-value is (> 0.05). However, there is a performance difference between permanent employees and employees of outsourcing in terms of cooperation with the team and loyalty. In cooperation with a team of significance value p-value is equal to 0.024 (<0.05), whereas in loyalty significance value p-value is 0.000 (<0.05).                    The biggest difference is the dominant loyalty variables for p-value = 0.000 (<0.05). Thus, the results of this research note that there is a performance difference between permanent employees and outsourced employees. Permanent employees work better in terms of loyalty, while outsourced employees work better in terms of cooperation with the team.
