The partner program is implemented in Wukirsari village 15 km from the district of Bantul. Wukirsari is one Imogiri village in Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Province. Karangkulon Hamlet, and Hamlet Giriloyo, Imogiri Wukirsari village, the people around most of the effort to develop batik.In this program, are used as there are 2 partners, namely the UKM-1 Group Batik Tulis Berkah Lestari, the Chairman of the Group of Mrs. Mukhoyaroh located in the Karangkulon, village Wukirsari, and UKM-2 group Batik Sekar Arum, the Group Chairman Mr. Nur Achmadi located in Giriloyo, village Wukirsari.UKM-1 producing batik cloth with a combination of techniques using color material natural, synthetic fabrics, cotton and silk fabrics. UKM-2 producing batik cloth with a combination of techniques and the use of natural color material (roots, bark, fruits, seeds, leaves, and so on) as well as a combination of batik painting.Priority issues facing UKM is the need for training / coaching and mentoring on the development of batik marketing techniques in order to expand the network marketing, business management and accounting bookkeeping training to improve access to capital and / networking with financial institutions.Programs during this activity is coaching and Mentoring (Marketing Management and Accounting) and Assistance (Provision of Facilities and Website Creation Internet Marketing Management and Accounting; Monitoring and evaluation, as well as the deepening of the material for UKM).Keywords: Batik, Marketing, Accounting, Training, Mentoring

Taxes are used by the government to carry out state responsibilities in various sectors of life to achieve general welfare. The company as one of the taxpayers has an obligation to pay taxes, the amount of which is calculated from the net profit it earns. This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Intensity, Inventory Intensity, and Leverage on Tax Avoidance in the food and beverage subsector for the period 2021-2022. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling method and obtained 5 companies as research samples listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021-2022. Capital Intensity, Inventory Intensity, and Leverage are used as indicators in financial statements that affect tax avoidance. The results of this study indicate that Leverage (DAR), Capital Intensity, and Inventory Intensity simultaneously have a significant effect on Tax Avoidance. Partially, Leverage has no effect on Tax Avoidance, Capital Intensity has a positive effect on Tax Avoidance, and Inventory Intensity has a negative effect on Tax Avoidance.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of user participation on AIS performance and the effect of AIS performance on individual performance. Type of data in this research is primary data. The method used is the puposive sampling. For data analysis using SEM (The Structural Equation Modelling) with AMOS Version 23 software as analysis data tool. The result show that Involvement of information system users will affect the performance of AIS (Accounting Information System). Successful development of information systems will be determined by the active participation of its users so that the impact on job satisfaction which in turn will indirectly improve the overall performance of the company so that the goals and mission of the company will be achieved well. A reliable AIS performance will greatly assist in the process of completing the tasks of the users of the system so that it will improve the individual's performance.

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN BATIK AYU

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui:(1) pengaruh Kompensasi Langsung secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan Batik Ayu, (2) pengaruh Kompensasi Langsung secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan Batik Ayu, (3) pengaruh Kompensasi Tidak Langsung secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan Batik Ayu. Jenis data penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pekerja pada semua bagian di perusahaan Batik Ayu yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda.
Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikan 5% menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan Batik Ayu. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 8,021 > F tabel sebesar 3,35. (2) Kompensasi Langsung secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan Batik Ayu. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,530 > t tabel sebesar 2,048. (3) Kompensasi Tidak Langsung secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan Batik Ayu. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,260 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,152 < 2,048.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the defective product at its brick "UD Lestari" Yogyakarta is still within control limits and whether the factors that cause damage to the company's product blocks " UD Lestari" Yogyakarta.The collection of data using observation and interview techniques. Data analysis technique used is the control chart for attributes or "P-Chart" by calculating the mean of the damage (P), calculate the standard deviation (Sp) and the quality standards set limits (UCL / Upper Control Limit and LCL / Lower Control Limit).Results from analysis of data about the quality control carried out by the brick company "UD Lestari”, that the implementation of quality control in the company's brick "UD Lestari"is not good, so that the resulting product can not meet the quality standards set by the company, ie of 4.50%. Although the difference in the average percentage of damage to brick against the standards set by smaller companies, which in 2009 amounted to 0.5%, amounting to 0.32% in 2010 and in 2011 for 0.49%. Abstract
Research entitled "Analysis of Factors Affecting Consumer Satisfaction (Case Study on Aswinkel Brand Boxer Briefs Jalan Palagan Sariharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman Yogyakarta" Using the independent variables Price (X1), Promotion (X2), Service (X3) and Product Quality ( X4) which affects the consumer satisfaction of the Aswinkel brand boxer shorts, while the dependent variable is Satisfaction (Y). This research is in the category of descriptive research which describes the results of research on problems in the form of current facts from a population. The aim is to test hypothesis or answer questions related to the current status of the subjects studied.
The results showed that the price factor had an effect on tcount greater than ttable (2,616>1,984), promotion factor with tcount greater than ttable(7,436>1,984).
Product quality factor with the results of tcount greater than ttable(10.303>1.984). Simultaneously, the results of the ANOVA table can be seen that the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable (27.148>3.089). The variable that has the greatest influence on consumer satisfaction is the service variable, with tcount greater than ttable (10.303>1.984), so this variable must be maintained. While the variable with the lowest influence is the price variable with tcount greater than ttable (2,616>1,984),

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence impulse buying decisions, especially among students. The variables used in this study as factors that influence impulse buying decisions include: service quality, promotions and hedonic shopping motives.
The research method used in this research is to use a quantitative descriptive method through primary data and several test tools are carried out, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination used to test the hypothesis. The data used in this study used primary data based on the results of a questionnaire of 100 respondents who were students of Gunadarma University, Kalimalang Campus. The scale measurement on the questionnaire in this study used a modified Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that service quality and promotion partially affect impulse buying, while hedonic shopping motives partially do not affect student impulse buying. phenomenon of society related to e-cigarettes or vaping factors.

Spiritual leadership is an important factor in improving employee performance in government organizations. Some research has been done in order to optimize and create ongoing competitive advantage for organizations, however, more emphasis on aspects of non-human resources (tangible resources) and not much focus on the intangible resources of human capital. This study aims to determine Spiritual leaders in improving organizational outcomes.
The sample in this study were employees of the District Court Office / Commercial / Corruption Semarang numbering as many as 153 people. Data obtained by conducting interviews equipped with instruments questions. The question posed consisting of closed questions, where respondents choose the score of answer choices that are available as well as open questions. the spiritual leadership variables measured by seven indicators, four indicators of job satisfaction and performance of the five indicators. Everything is measured with a Likert scale of 1 -5. Analysi susing Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of data analysis by using the convergent validity showed that all indicator variables valid research (statistical T> T table) and a composite reliability values above 0.70. The results of hypothesis testing showed that spiritual leadership have a significant effect on satisfaction and performance

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out how the level of satisfaction of students towards the quality of services provided by an Educational Institution, using five dimensions namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty. This research uses descriptive method by looking at the match between students' expectations and perceptions of the quality of services provided by the Educational Institution. The results of the study show that there is a general match between expectations and perceptions on the five dimensions of service quality, whereas when viewed in each dimension, namely: Tangible, Reliability Assurance and Emphaty are very suitable between expectations and perceptions and in the Responsiveness dimension the suitability between expectations and perceptions still low.

Audit is a systematic process to gather and evaluate evidence objectively about assertions-assertions about economic actions and events to determine the level of concordance between the assertion-assertion with predetermined criteria and submit the results to interested users. In the auditing process requires an understanding of materiality and risk to facilitate the design of audit programs and audit procedures.The concept of materiality relates to how big the misstatements contained in the assertion can be accepted by the auditor to users of financial reports are not affected by the magnitude of the misstatement. The concept of audit risk associated with the risk of failure of auditors in changing opinion on the financial report actually contains a material misstatement. Determination of the size of materiality and audit risk will greatly influence the magnitude of the sampling of evidence to be examined. Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of coaching, mentoring, and training on work motivation on employees of the Islamic Education Foundation Alhamdulillah Ceria Sleman. Research subjects are all employees of the Islamic Education Foundation Alhamdulillah Ceria Sleman, while the object of research is the variable coaching, mentoring, training, and work motivation. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were 30 people. The independent variables in this study are coaching (X1), mentoring (X2), and training (X3) while the variables dependent are work motivation (Y). The analytical method used includes the analysis of the research instrument test is validity test, reliability test and normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test is t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed of the t test that coaching has no significant effect on work motivation to employees of Islamic Education Foundation Alhamdulillah Ceria Sleman with t count < t table ((-0,514) < (-2,05553)), mentoring has a significant effect on work motivation to employees of Islamic Education Foundation Alhamdulillah Ceria Sleman with t count > t table (2,316 > 2,05553), training has a significant effect on work motivation to employees of Islamic Education Foundation Alhamdulillah Ceria Sleman with t count > t table (5,357 > 2,05553). The result showed of F test that coaching, mentoring, and training has a significant effect on work motivation to employees of Islamic Education Foundation Ceria Sleman with F count > F table (20,718 > 2,96) and this effect is also shown by the results of the R square value of 0,705 or 70,5%. The regression equation model in this study is : Y = 1,638 + (-0,072) X1 + 0,288 X2 + 0,709 X3 .

The research method used in this study is the quantitative descriptive method through primary data and several test instruments, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f test, and coefficient of determination used to test the hypothesis. The data used in this study used primary data based on the results of a questionnaire of as many as 100 respondents who were vape consumers in the Cibubur area. The measurement of the scale on the questionnaire in this study used a modified Likert scale.
The results of this study indicate that lifestyle variables, consumer perceptions, and prices have a significant and positive effect on vape purchasing decisions in the Cibubur area.

Credit became a source of revenue and profits of the largest banks. Banks will be said to be successful when it can manage their credit worthiness. Lending made by banks are at risk, and that risk was large enough that the form is not smooth credit payments will affect the performance of the bank. The ratio used in banking is the calculation of the ratio of asset quality as measured by non-performing loans (NPL). Profitability is also one of the factors that affect a bank's capital. Abstract
Every company wants its products to be accepted by society therefore every company should be able to optimize marketing strategy in order to achieve company goal. This scientific research aims to determine the level of market growth, relative market share and marketing strategies undertaken by the company PT. Mitra Makmur Borobudur based on BCG matrix.
The method of data collection conducted in this writing is by literature research method. The data used in this paper is the company's sales report PT. Mitra Makmur Borobudur and its competitors ie PT. Budi Surya Motor during the period 2014 - 2015. BCG matrix is done based on company sales report PT. Mitra Makmur Borobudur in the year 2014 - 2015 which compared with the reports of competitors' sales ie PT. Budi Surya Motor to know the market growth and market share.
The result of research with BCG matrix analysis, can be seen that growth rate of PT. Mitra Makmur Borobudur at 11% which means that the company has high market growth rate and relative market share value of PT. Mitra Makmur Borobudur in 2014 is 1.5x and 2015 of 1.66x, where the two market share values have a value greater than one (> 1) so that the company is in the quadrant position of Stars, indicating that high market growth with high market share, then the strategy that can be used by PT. Mitra Makmur Borobudur is investing to strengthen its dominant position in emerging markets, working with suppliers in opening branches in other areas to increase sales.

Abstract
The paradigm shift from transactional marketing to relationship marketing since the early 1990s has been mostly applied by academics or experts in the field of marketing, especially in Western European countries that apply in the marketing and service industry. Changes in relationship marketing focus on customer relationships for a long time. Therefore it is necessary to have strategic planning and program implementation in the company. Corporate strategy, business strategy and functional strategy in marketing strategy need a competitive advantage in the company's portfolio. The function of marketing strategy planning can achieve its objectives if marketing planning is directed at the overall corporate strategy by considering the role and dynamics of organizational behavior that includes structure, individual or employee behavior, and organizational culture. Developing a marketing plan through an organizational behavior approach can be done with the behavioral dimensions that are connected through the manager's organizational and cultural dimensions through top managers in implementing strategic design.

Abstract
The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability and Firm Size on Firm Value of the company in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research used 15 sample of mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2015-2019 so that total samples 45 by using a purposive sampling technique. This research used multiple linear regression analysis method with statistical software tools SPSS version 25 which is used for descriptive statistical testing and linear regression. The result of the research about the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability and Firm Size to the Value of the Company in the mining company registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 are: (1) Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on Firm Value, (2) Profitability effect on Firm Value, (3) Firm Size effect on Firm Value.

ABSTRACT
The problem of poverty in Indonesia, is a serious issue to be solved by all of components in the society, including the community itself. One of the Government's poverty reduction program is Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat- Mandiri Perdesaan =PNPM-MP= a National Program for Community Empowerment – on Rural . In early year 2015, the PNPM-MP is be discussing between Central Government (especially Kementrian Dalam Negeri) and the Indonesian House of Representative (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat = DPR) They are discussing about the sustainability of that program.
This Research is study about Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan (PNPM-MP), trying to evaluate the economic empowerment of the community, a case study in Sentolo district, Kulon Progo Regency. Evaluation of the PNPM include an evaluation of the performance of the program, which consists of an evaluation of the 10 (ten) principles of the PNPM, namely: 1) focus on human development; 2) autonomy; 3) Decentralization; 4) For poor oriented ; 5) Participation; 6) justice and equality of gender; 7) Democratic; 8) Transparency and accountable; 9) Priority; 10) sustainability. This Evaluation is also implemented on the output of the programs, i.e.: an increase of the involvement/participation of poor households (RTM = Rumah Tangga Miskin) and the Group of women. Their participation seen in the process activities from the planning, the sustainability, and participatory in the development system. It’s seen in one village, beetween villages, and the increased of capacity the Government village in facilitating the participatory development.
The results of this research, show that all of the principles of PNPM-MP is running well, and community empowerment can be seen in the average of community participation and the amount of RTM that have benefits from that program. In 2008 – 2012, the RTM that involved in all of the activities of the program is 35,452 % from all of men and women which present in the activities/meeting. Economic empowerment can be seen from the swadaya masyarakat (Community achievement Fund) in each of the activities. In 2012 the role swadaya masyarakat (Community achievement Fund) is 6, 42% from the total value from the total activities.
Based on the results of the study, it can be the recommendation for the Government, especially in terms of implementation of development with emphasis on empowerment/participation of the community with the patterns as in the PNPM. In this program, the Facilitator accompanying the community in all of the activities.

This study aims to analyze the financial statements of financial performance, particularly finance companies / multi listed listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and registered at the Indonesian Financial Services Association (IFSA). Time study conducted in March to June 2009. The first analysis tool which uses financial ratios of a general nature that is using liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, activity ratios, while the second analysis tool that uses Z-Score Formula. In the analysis of this data is not all financial ratios will be counted. Results of analysis seen from the level of liquidity it can be said that the current financing perusahaa ratio is good, it would be better if the finance company reviewing the performance of previous keuagan whether the company has particularly assets sufficient to ensure future debt before taking keputusahan for debt or issue new shares; In view of both its solvency level dept and dept to equity ratio, the ratio is good, because of the large percentage of the total debt below 50% means that the average company's total assets be financed by debt below 50% so it is likely to settle the obligation can be paid on time ; In view of the activity level can be said about either means total assets turnover is very slow to increase sales and generate profits; In view of the level of profitability is very good where the average finance company had net income above 20% even have company financing that could increase the net profit margin ratio of 100% of PT Buana Finance in 2007. Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of financial independence, solvency ratios, complexity, and government age on financial distress of Regency / City Regional Governments in Indonesia.The data collection method used in this study was using purposive sampling technique is a sampling / data collection technique with a specific purpose in selecting samples randomly. The data analysis method used in this study is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. Causal associative research is useful for analyzing the causal relationship of a variable to other variables by looking at the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable.Based on the results of the logistic regression analysis showing financial independence, solvability and complexity ratios do not affect the district / city regional government financial distress in Indonesia, while the age of the government influences the financial distress of district / city governments in Indonesia.Based on the results of the t-test, partially showing financial independence, solvability and complexity ratios do not affect the district / city regional government financial distress in Indonesia, while the age of the government influences the financial distress of district / city governments in Indonesia. While the results of the f-test, simultaneously financial independence, solvability ratio, complexity and age of government have an effect on the financial distress of Regency / City Governments in Indonesia.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Semprong Mubarok Ngampel is a household business MSME founded by an entrepreneur named Ali Rokhmat Nur Rokhmat. This business has received permits, MUI and P-IRT halal certification, this business operates in the production and sales sector of semprong and is located in Ngampel Village, Pituruh District, Purworejo Regency. Sales are made to Semprong Mubarok MSMEs through a shop reseller system, where the turnover from sales is still uncertain, causing problems. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence sales to resellers in Semprong Mubarok Ngampel MSMEs. This research uses analytical research methods. The type of data used by the author is quantitative and qualitative data. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 24 program. Based on the results of the T test research, it appears that product variables have no effect on resellers and price variables have a significant effect on reseller decisions. F test analysis shows that product and price variables have a significant effect on Mubarok Ngampel MSME resellers.

Abstract
Penghasilan dari penerimaan pajak mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya dikarenakan pemerintah selalu mengupayakan bagaimana penerimaan pajak terus meningkat sehingga bisa menyelaraskan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN). Pada periode pemerintahan ini berusaha meningkatkan pembangunan dengan target yang tinggi dan langsung ingin merealisasikannya. Sejumlah proyek besar seperti pembangunan tol laut, infrastruktur darat hingga revitalisasi desa dan pertanian menjadi proyek unggulan. Namun pemerintah membutuhkan dana yang memadai untuk proyek pembangunan ini. Karena desakan publik pemerintah mengurangi besaran utang, maka sumber pembiyaan yang tersedia adalah iuran pajak. Pemerintah menargetkan tambahan perolehan pajak sekitar Rp 600 triliun untuk tahun ini dari target awal Rp 1.400 triliun.
Setiap periode pemerintahan berupaya mengeluarkan berbagai peraturan dan kebijakan yang mendukung sehingga membuat kesadaran masyarakat dalam menunaikan kewajiban perpajakannya guna meningkatkan pendapatan negara. Setiap tahunnya pemerintah merevisi dan mencari cara untuk meningkatkan pendapatan negara terutama tentang pajak dengan mengeluarkan semakin banyak peraturan dan kebijakan baru dikeluarkan yaitu dengan mengadopsi kebijakan dari negara lain yang sudah sukses memakainya atau dengan melihat kebelakang yaitu kebijakan yang pernah dipakai oleh pemerintah sebelumnya di Indonesia dengan harapan masyarakat semakin berperan aktif berpartisipasi dalam Penghimpunan Pajak Penghasilan (PPh).
Populasi dan penelitian ini adalah seluruh Wajib Pajak Kecamatan Sewon pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) atau WP yang mempunyai penghasilan bruto dibawah Rp 4.800.000.000,00 dan tercatat di Kecamatan Sewon. Sedangkan sampel yang menjadi objek penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakam perhitungan 5 poin skala Likert, 1 untuk STS hingga untuk SS dalam kuesioner yang diisi setiap responden , kemudian dihitung dan diolah dengan menggunakan program Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 16 untuk menghasilkan perhitungan yang menunjukkan pengaruh variable independen terhadap variable dependen. Adapun metode – metode yang digunakan dalam pengolahan adalah uji statistic deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis.Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang berisi butir – butir pertanyaan atau pernyataan untuk memperoleh data tentang Pengaruh pemahaman wajib pajak PP No 46 Tahun 2013, Implementasi Self Assesment System, Sanksi Pajak, dan tax amnesty Terhap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Menggunakan metode analisis regresi yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kekuatan pengaruh dua variabel atau lebih serta menunjukkan arah pengaruh antara variabel dependen dengan variabel independen

ANALISIS FAKTOR LOYALITAS PENGGUNA OJEK ONLINE

Abstract
Service industry is a unique phenomenon in a national development. The more developed a country, the larger the contribution of the service industry to the national revenue structure. In response to the condition, the startup entrepreneurs of online-based transportation enter Indonesia and offer transportation comfort and ease. One of the mostly used online-based transportation is currently the largest online taxi in di Indonesia. Since online transportation is currently a reliable mode that allows consumers to get the best online transportation, it is necessary to analyze the factors of the loyalty of the online taxi customers such as Price, Service Quality, Satisfaction, and Trust to Loyalty.
The data of the research was collected with questionnaires distributed to 130 respondents. The data was then analyzed by validity test, reliability test, multicolinearity test, heteroskedastity, multiple linear regression, partial t-test, simultaneous f-test, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient, using the software of version-24 SPSS.
Results of the research indicate that Price, Service Quality, Satisfaction, and Trust significantly have partial and simultaneous effect on Loyalty of Online Motorcycle Taxi Customers.

Ambassador Java Tea Industry has been able to present the required information management company, (3) Does the Internal Control System has been implemented by the Company CV. Ambassador Java Tea Industry in the implementation of corporate Sales Accounting System ".The method and type of data used in data collection are the type of secondary data consists of documentation methods and methods of theoretical basis. Sampling technique or method in this study is the company CV. Java Tea Industry Ambassador to the period of observation for 1 month starting on December 1 to December 25, 2008. While the data analysis techniques used include (1) descriptive: company profiles, sales accounting systems, accounting procedures in the system of cash sales. Test results on the CV. Ambassador Java Tea Industry show that has been operating efficiently. Abstract
The objectives of the research is to describes: (1) the influence of brandimage on buying decision Xiaomi smartphone, (2) the influence of feature on buying decision Xiaomi smartphone, (3) the influence of price on buying decision Xiaomi smartphone, and (4) the influence of brand image, feature, and price on buying decision Xiaomi smartphone.
This research is survey research with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Xiaomi smartphone user or those have ever bought Xiaomi Smartphone in Kelurahan Bangunkerto, Turi, Sleman. Sampling techniques using Slovin Methods with sample result as much 80 respondents. The data sets use question method that has been tested validity and reliability. Analysis technique used multiple regression.
The result of the research at the significance level of 5% showed : 1) brand image has a positive effect on buying decision, verified from t value of 2,268 and significance value of 0,026 less than 0,05 with coefficient value of 0,259. 2) feature does not effect on buying decision, verified from t value of 0,898 and significance value of 0,972 more than 0,05 with coefficient value of 0,081. 3) price hasa positive effect on buying decision, verified from t value of 4,963 and significance value of 0,000 less than 0,05 with coefficient value of 0,592

The needs of internal or external parties on the financial statements is a thing that often happens, because the internal or external parties of companies each have an interest in the financial statements. The financial statements produced by the company is certainly expected to help the various parties who need the information in the financial statements to give a view to the decision making that will be made.The services of an independent auditor are generally needed to assist in the examination of the financial statement before the financial statement are published,it is done to be able to produce accurate financial statement. The auditor needs time to carry out an audit to the financial statement, the time span between the closing date of the financial year to the date of signing the audit report by the auditor, causing a condition called audit delay.This research aims to know the influence of internal factors (size of companies, ROA, TDTA) and external factors (auditor's opinion, size of KAP) to the audit delay partially or simultaneously, at 29 companies engaged in banking industry that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2011. The results of this research, indicate that the minimum audit delay is 26 days, whereas maximum audit delay is 119 days, with an average of audit delay is 70.10. Partially, only size of companies that significantly influence to audit delay. Whereas simultaneously, all variables, both internal factors ( size of companies, ROA, TDTA) and external factors ( auditor's opinion, size of KAP) significantly influence to audit delay.Keywords: Audit Delay, Size of Companies, ROA, TDTA, Auditor’s Opinion, Size of KAP

The number of minimarkets in Yogyakarta is increasing, with advances in technology, customers can buy whatever they want using only a mobile application anywhere and anytime. Therefore, shop owners must be able to rack their brains to maintain the level of customer satisfaction in order to stay afloat or even increase. One way to win the competition, the company must be able to understand the needs and desires of its customers, the factors that make consumers feel satisfied include service quality, price, and promotion. By understanding this, it will provide important input for companies to design marketing strategies in order to create satisfaction for their customers.
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and promotion on customer satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative. With a population of ACDC Yogyakarta shop customers , with a sample size of 50 respondents. Data collection includes observation, distributing questionnaires and literature study. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination analysis test.
From this analysis, the regression analysis obtained Y = 1.070 + 0.019 X1 - 0.455 X2 + 1.167 X3. T test for service quality variable obtained tcount > ttable (4,602 > 2,012) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. For the price variable tcount > ttable (7.154 > 2.012) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. For the promotion variable, it was obtained tcount > ttable (4.07 > 2.012) and the significant result was 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that price, location and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at ACDC Yogyakarta stores.

Composite Stock Index (Nikkei 225 Index) and Hongkong (Hang Seng Index) on Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) and yields by the influence of the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG). This writing uses monthly data from 2014 - 2016 for each research variable. Data sources obtained by US stock indices, Nikkei 225 Index, Hongkong (Hang Seng Index) and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) are secondary data.
Simultaneously the result of this table shows stock price index, Nikkei 225 and Hongkong Index (Hang Seng Index) Composite Stock Price Index. This writing also gets partially all the variables that have an influence on the Composite Stock Price Index. This shows the overall variables and can be an option for investors who are in global stock.

Banks plays a very important role in economic activities by providing credits and other relevant services to facilitate economic and commercial activities. The public trusts banks to manage their funds. Therefore, banks’ health is mandatorily advised to keep the public trusts to the banks. The objective of this study is identify the banks ‘health level based on the method of RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital) among the state-owned banks (BUMN) listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017. The subjects of this evaluative study are the state-owned commercial banks (BUMN) listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2013-2017. Data was collected through documentation technique and was analyzed by Risk-based Bank Rating that includes the RGEC factors. They are (1) Risk Profile measured with the Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR); (2) Good Corporate Governance; (3) Earnings measured with the Return on Asset (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM), and (4) Capital measured with Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Results of the study reveal that: (1) in descending rank BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, and Bank BTN have the best NPL during the period of 2013-2017 while, in descending rank, Bank Mandiri,Bank BRI, Bank BNI, and Bank BTN have the best LDR during the period of 2013-2017; (2) in descending rank Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, and Bank BTN have the best GCG during the period of 2013-2017; (3) in descending rank, Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, and Bank BTN have the best score of NIM; (4) in descending rank, Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, and Bank BTN have the best score for Capital for the period of 2013-2017; and (5) all aspects of RGEC are all consecutively at the Level of Composite 1 indicating a very healthy status.

can be used as a solution during the Covid-19 pandemic is online learning both virtual and learning
management system (LMS). This online learning requires students to be more independent in
understanding the material provided by the lecturer. This will be an obstacle for courses that are not
only understanding theory but require a logical understanding in solving each case, one of which is
the Accounting course. In addition to theory, accounting study program requires practice and
computational logic. Therefore, researchers want to conduct research to find out how the application
of online learning is, the level of student understanding of the material provided and the ef ectiveness
of student online learning in the special STIE Nusa Megarkencana accounting study program which is
the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic with the online learning process. The data of this research were taken from students of the special accounting study program STIE Nusa
Megarkencana in 2019 - 2020 as the object of research. In collecting data, researchers used a
questionnaire using Google From and other documents, books and articles. In this regard, the
research used is quantitative research because it uses two variables, for data analysis using Product
Moment correlation. Based on the results of the study using the percentage formula and "r" Product Moment, it can be
concluded that: (1) the ef ectiveness of online learning and the level of understanding of the material. Students of the STIE Nusa Megarkencana accounting study program are categorized suf iciently with
intervals of 29.54 and 24.31. (2) The ef ectiveness of online learning in increasing the understanding
of student material in the special accounting study program STIE Nusa Megarkencana is stated to
have a positive relationship. With rxy = 0.57 and r table = 0.263, which means rxy> from r table so
that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract
The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the learning process to be carried out online. So that the government also provides assistance in the form of internet quota packages. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internet quota assistance and learning models on student learning motivation.
This research is an ex-post facto study with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were students of the accounting study program at the Nusa Megarkencana High School of Economics with a total of 157 students from the 2017-2020 class. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and literature study. As well as the analysis technique using multiple linear regression.
The results of this analysis indicate that: (1) there is a negative and insignificant influence on the internet quota package and the learning motivation of accounting study program students, the t value is 0.4690.05 and a value of B is 0.048; (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the learning model and learning motivation of accounting study program students, the t value is 6.47>1.995 t table with a Sig value of 0.0000.05 and the value of F counts is 24.742>3.13 F table. And the results of the determination coefficient test obtained a value of 40.4% and the difference of 59.6% is influenced by other variables outside that are not examined.

ABSTRACT
Islam as a deen, rules of life set perfectly all the procedures included in the behavior and ethics of marketing, known as sharia marketing. Sharia marketing strategy is a business discipline that directs the process of creation, supply and change the value of an initiator to the stakeholders, which in the overall process in accordance with the contract and the principles muamalah in Islam. In sharia marketing, there are four (4) characteristics that distinguish it from the conventional marketing is divinity (rabbaniyah), ethical (akhlaqiyyah), realistic (al-waqi'iyah), and humanistic (insaniyah). Marketing principles of sharia are based on values: the spiritual personality (taqwa), well-behaved and sympathetic (sidiq), to be fair in the marketing of products (al fair), serve customers with a smile and humble (solemn), keep promises and not cheating (tahfif), honest and trustworthy (al-trust), did not like the prejudice (su'uzhzhann), not vilify (backbiting) and do not do bribes (risywah)

Hubungan Motivasi Kerja Dan Tingkat Stress Dengan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan di Kentucky Fried Chicken UGM Yogyakarta

This study analyzes the relationship work motivation and the level of stress with employees' performance in the Kentucky Fried Chicken UGM Yogyakarta. Data used in this research is primary data from the Kentucky Fried Chicken UGM Yogyakarta. The analytical method used is a regression model, which is used is multiple regression. The results showed that, first there is a positive relationship between motivation working with work performance of 2.929, and there is a negative relationship between levels of stress with work performance of -572. Based on the R squere 0.523 = 52.3% stated the relationship between work motivation levels of stress with work performance is still in the medium category. The second figure 0.28 coefficient of work motivation, arttinya if moivasi as level of employment rose 1%, then presasi employment rose 0.28%, while the number of stress-level coefficient of -0.054 means that when stress levels increase by 1% then the performance increase - 0.054%

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction of CIAO GELATO Yogyakarta employees. In this study used primary data obtained from field research with the object of research of all employees of CIAO GELATO Yogyakarta and secondary data that can support the research. To process and analyze the data, the authors use the help of multiple linear regression statisticanalisis used to determine the relationship patterns that reveal the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable.
Based on the results of regression analysis obtained that simultaneously, quality of work life and organizational citizenship behaviormempunyai significant influence terhadaop job satisfaction employees. Partially quality of work life has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of orientation Ethics, Competence and Independence Auditor of the Quality Audit Report, Case Study On Public Accounting Firm Hadiono, Yogyakarta using data collection methods such as interviews and questionnaires. For data analysis methods used in this research is descriptive analysis method with the quantitative and qualitative description of measurement methods and statements and can be expressed in the form of numbers.Based on the results of the t test that the Ethics Orientation positive effect, but not significant with t value of 0.362 and a significance value of 0.726. Competence Auditor positive effect, but not significant with t value of 0.061 and a significance value of 0.953. Auditor independence of positive effect, but not significant with t value of 1.978 and significance of 0.083. Overall the F test for the variable orientation of Ethics, Competence Auditor and Auditor Independence, F arithmetic <F table, (1.308 <4.1203). Thus Orientation Ethics, Competence Auditor and Auditor Independence together not positive and significant impact on the quality of the Auditor's Report. THE INFLUENCE FACTORS OF ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED ON LISTED COMPANIES IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE : CASE OF GOVERNMENT AND NON GOVERNMENT COMPANIES

Abstract
There is many ways to measure the corporate performance. One of them is by using financial ratios. But the realities of financial ratios are still cannot interpret the real state of the financial performance of a company because it only uses historical data available. This research aims to examine the effect of size, leverage, government ownership, public ownership on corporate performance measured by Economic Value Added.
This research used government and non government companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period as a sample. The sampling technique that is used is purposive sampling technique with specified criteria: go public companies in which consistently published annual report and financial report on website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or its own site; companies that have selected as 10 government companies and 12 non- government companies. The analysis method is using multiple regression analysis by SPSS version 18.
The result of this research shown that only variable size that affects directly on corporate performance of government and non government companies measured by EVA. Meanwhile the other variable like leverage, government ownership, public ownership is not affects directly on corporate of government and non government measured by EVA.

Abstract
The aims of this research are to analyze how the effectiveness and contribution of the PBB P2 revenue toward PAD of Sleman Regency and to analyze the obstacle and strategy of the revenue optimization of PBB P2, implemented by Local Revenue Office of Sleman Regency. The researcher used primary and secondary data obtained from Local Revenue Office of Sleman Regency. There were the result of direct interview as primary data and the financial reporting of PBB P2 as secondary data.
The result of this research showed that the average effectiveness level of PBB P2 in 2013-2015 was very effective with average achievement was 116,44%. Period 2013-2015, the average of PBB P2 contribution toward PAD of Sleman Regency was 10,95%, so in was less criteria. The obstacles were tax object selling price (NJOP) was not appropriate with the market price and there was arrears PBB in every year confronted by Local Revenue Office of Sleman Regency. The strategies implemented by Local Revenue Office of Sleman Regency for the revenue optimization of PBB P2 are doing active billing, increasing the public awareness about the importance of taxes, updating data of PBB P2, doing counseling and socialization regularly both direct and indirect and motivating the officers by giving bonuses to officers who can achieve the target and by giving penalties for officers who violate the rules.

Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi keuangan perusahaan melalui analisis laporan keuangan, yang menggunakan analisis rasio yang terdiri dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio rentabilitas. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan berupa studi kasus pada perusahaan pengolah tembakau yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia , yaitu: PT Gudang Garam Tbk.. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah dokumentasi.Teknik yang digunakan penulis untuk menjawab rumusan masalah adalah menghitung rasio-rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan rentabilitas dari tahun 2005 sampai dengan tahun 2010. kemudian penulis menganalisis dengan time series anaysis dan menginterpretasikan hasil-hasil yang diperoleh.Berdasarkan analisis time series anaysis yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa perusahaan pengolah tembakau yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2005 sampai dengan tahun 2010 khususnya PT Gudang GaramTbk. semuanya berada dalam kondisi likuid dan solvabel. Rentabilitas ekonomi,rata-rata selama tahun 2005 sampai dengan tahun 2010 untuk PT Gudang GaramTbk adalah sebesar14,38%. dimana nilai rentabilitas ekonomi ini menggambarkan rata-rata kemampuan perusahaan yang bersangkutan dalam menghasilkan laba/rugi usaha dengan aktiva yang dimiliki selama tahun 2005 sampai dengan tahun 2010.Kata kunci: current ratio, quick ratio, total assets to total debt ratio, net worth to debt ratio, rentabilitas ekonomi, rentabilitas modal sendiri.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles, the effect of price on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles, the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles, and the effect of product quality, price and promotion together on bicycle purchasing decisions. Honda Motorcycles. The analysis method in this study uses quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and T test. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been valid and reliable. The sampling method in this research is non probability sampling. This testing tool is SPSS.Y = 4,684 + 0,130X1 + 0,284X2 + 0,305X3 + e The results of the t-test showed that the price and promotion variables had a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality had no partial effect on purchasing decisions. In the f test, it is known that the variables of product quality, price, and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The value of the coefficient of determination is 56.6% while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study. In the classical assumption test, the regression model is normally distributed, there is no heteroscedasticity.

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, KUALITAS PRODUK DAN HARGA TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN MELALUI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

This research aims to analyse the influence of quality of service, product quality and price to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a variable intervening. The research methods used are quantitative. Data collection instruments using questionnaires. In the free variables i.e. quality of service, product quality, price, in variable bound customer loyalty and intervening variables that is customer satisfaction all statements are valid, reliable and normal distribution. Influence of quality of service, product quality and price to customer satisfaction based on the tests conducted, indicating the value of coefficient 0.178 for service quality variable (X1); 0.539 for product quality variables (X2) and 0.307 for price variables (X3). While the effect of service quality, product quality and price on customer loyalty shows a coefficient value of 0.072 for the variable service quality (X1); 0.086 for the product quality variable (X2) and 0.174 for the price variable (X3) Then customer satisfaction with customer loyalty based on tests conducted showed a coefficient of 0.410. Service quality (X1), product quality (X2) and price (X3) have a strong relationship to customer satisfaction, shown in the Adjusted R Square value of 0.680, that the independent variables consisting of service quality, product quality and price can be explained by satisfaction customers (intervening variable) by 68%, while the remaining 32% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this research is service quality, product quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality and product quality have no significant effect on customer loyalty, price has a significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty of Nikita Home Furnishings stores.

This research aims to determine the impact of the relocation of Kaki Lima traders in Kuliner Sardjito. Location of this research is conducted in Kuliner Sardjito, Kesehatan Street, Yogyakarta.
The data used are primary dan secondary. Primary data obtained by interviews and field observation. Secondary data obtained by books, website, and documents related to the research. This research uses qualitative descriptive method.
The results showed that relocation ofKaki Lima Traders to Kuliner Sardjito give the negative and positive impact. The negative impact is decreasing income of the traders. While the positive impact are the stall clean, comfortable, quiet, hygienic.

The purpose of this research was to determine: (1) the effect of profitability on giving opinion audit going concern by independent auditor on manufacture company listed in indonesian stock exchange (IDX) on 2014-2016, (2) the effect of liquidity on giving opinion audit going concern by independent auditor on manufacture company listed in indonesian stock exchange (IDX) on 2014-2016, (3)the effect of solvability on giving opinion audit going concern by independent auditor on manufacture company listed in indonesian stock exchange (IDX) on 2014-2016, (4) the effect of profitability, liquidity, and solvability on giving opinion audit going concern by independent auditor on manufacture company listed in indonesian stock exchange (idx) on 2014-2016. This research are based on descriptive quantitative method, The population in this study is Manufacture Company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) on 2014-2016.Sampling technique that used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 30 companies from total 144 manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2014-2016. Total data used in this study was 90. The data were analyzed by usingdescriptive statistic and analysis logistic regression. The results showed that: (1) The profitability partially has a significant negative effect on giving the audit opinion of going concern by independent auditor on manufacture company listed in indonesian stock exchange (IDX) on 2014-2016,(2)The liquiditypartially has no effect on giving the audit opinion of going concern by independent auditor on manufacture company listed in indonesian stock exchange (IDX) on 2014-2016, (3) The solvability partially has a significant positive effect on giving the audit opinion of going concern by independent auditor on manufacture company listed in indonesian stock exchange (IDX) on 2014-2016, (4) The profitability, liqiudity and solvability simultanlyhas a significant effect on giving the audit opinion of going concern by independent auditor in manufacture company listed in indonesian stock exchange (IDX) on 2014-2016.

Abstract
This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research subjects taken were consumers who made purchases of Chocolat EsBeranLor, Tridadi, Sleman, Yogyakarta with a sample of 100 respondents, while the objects of research were product (X1), price (X2), location (X3), promotion (X4), and purchase decision (Y). . Determination of sampling using the Slovin formula, while the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis used was validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, R2 test.
Based on the results of the t test, it is found that the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with t count of 4.480

This study aims to examines influence from proportion of the independent board, measurement of board directors, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership to corporate performance which measured by Tobin’s Q method. The target population from this research is industrial manufacturer that product consumer goods which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 until 2018. With a random sampling technique so that a sample of 10 companies was obtained. The data analysis tool used in this research is the classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that (1) variable independent board has a significant effect on corporate performance,(2)variable board of directors has a significant effect on corporate performance,(3) institutional ownership variable has a significant effect on corporate performance,(4) managerial ownership variable has a significant effect on corporate performance.(5) variable independent board, board of directors, institutional ownership and managerial ownership are simultaneously have effect on corporate performance..

There are eight variables used to analyze the performance difference between permanent employees and outsourced employees. The variable is morale, implementation of the tasks, the cooperation with the team, loyalty, skill in work, responsibility, discipline, and problem resolution. The test results with SPSS V.17, shows that there is no performance difference between permanent employees and employees of outsourcing in terms of morale, the implementation of the tasks, skills in work, responsibility, discipline and problem resolution. because of the significant value of p-value is (> 0.05). However, there is a performance difference between permanent employees and employees of outsourcing in terms of cooperation with the team and loyalty. In cooperation with a team of significance value p-value is equal to 0.024 (<0.05), whereas in loyalty significance value p-value is 0.000 (<0.05). The biggest difference is the dominant loyalty variables for p-value = 0.000 (<0.05). Thus, the results of this research note that there is a performance difference between permanent employees and outsourced employees. Permanent employees work better in terms of loyalty, while outsourced employees work better in terms of cooperation with the team. Abstract
PT Astra Agro Lestari is a leading oil palm plantation company in Indonesia established for 34 years and is headquartered in Jakarta, with a commitment to always produce high quality CPO products to meet market demand both domestically and abroad.
This research was conducted at Astra Agro Lestari Company from 2011 to 2015 with the main purpose in this research to know finance at PT Astra Agro Lestari listed on BEI in review from Financial Ratio Analysis. In this study the authors use quantitative data where data are expressed in the form of numbers, values in the magnitude of variables and types of secondary data. Based on the results of the discussion using the analysis of financial ratios in PT Astra Agro Lestari reviewed from the Liquidity Ratio in the measure of the current ratio of companies experiencing illikwid due to the availability of current assets is smaller than the debt smoothly. Solvency ratios have increased this indicates that the company's capital is able to pay all debts granted by creditors so that the company is in good condition or solvabel. The Company's activity ratio is still not good in the management of the receivables this affects the low sales and profit generated and the profitability ratio of the company has increased so that the financial condition of the company is said to be good.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of locus of control, financial knowledge, income and accounting information system on the financial management behavior of middle class UKM in Yogyakarta. The subjects of this study were all middle class UKM owners, especially those listed on the Jogjakota UMKM website, which were as many as 23 middle class UKM.
The collected data was analyzed using validity test, reliability test. To analyze the data used likert scale analysis and multiple linear regression test. The hypothesis test uses the T count test, F count and coefficient of determination (R2).
The results of the study resulted in income variables and accounting information system partially having a significant effect on the financial management behavior, while partial locus of control and financial knowledge did not significantly influence the financial management behavior. Whereas together (simultaneous) locus of control, financial knowledge, income and accounting information systems influence the financial management behavior.

Abstract
Regional autonomy gives the Regional Government authority to regulate their own regions. The Regional Government obtains Regional Original Revenue sourced from Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, results of regionally owned companies and the results of the management of regional property assets separated, and other legitimate Regional Original Revenue. This study aims to determine the effect revenue of Regional Tax, Regional Retribution partially and simultaneously on the increase of Regional Original Revenue in Sleman Regency from 2014 - 2018. The dependent variable in this study is Regional Original Revenue while the independent variable is Regional Tax and Regional Retribution. The subject of this research is the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Sleman Regency by taking secondary data, namely the realization report along with the Regional Tax budget, Regional Retribution, and Regional Original Revenue. Data analysis methods used include descriptive statistical tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that the Regional Tax revenue partially influences the increase in Regional Original Revenue, there is no effect of revenue from Regional Retribution partially on the increase of Regional Original Revenue, and revenue from Regional Taxes and Regional Retribution have a simultaneously effect on the increase of the 2014-2018 Sleman Regency Regional Original Revenue.

Larissa Pekalongan Batik SMEs have been using Traditional Cost Accounting system in the plant overhead charge to the product on the basis of allocation of units produced. So that the calculation of the cost of production becomes less accurate. To avoid this it is necessary to consider the application of other methods to allocate factory overhead costs accurately. The method is Activity Based Costing System. Activity Based Costing System is an activity-based cost accounting system which can produce more accurate cost information based on the belief that the product requires activities and activities consume resources (costs), so that the Activity Based Costing System can inform about the enormity of the resources consumed by each -tiap product.The research method used is descriptive method through a case study approach to the calculation of the cost of the product by using Traditional Cost Accounting system (ABT) as well as the implementation of Activity Based Costing System for the calculation of cost of production at the company, the product cost calculation the difference between the two systems. From the analysis has been done, the result that the calculation of the cost of the system ABC shows product with high production volume experience overcosting or charging exorbitant fees. The use of the ABC system is strongly recommended to companies that produce more than 2 products by consuming activity of different overhead as in SMEs Batik Pekalongan Larissa object being studied in this thesis. ABSTRACT
This study was to determine the academic administrative services at MM FEB UGM seen from the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. How to expectations, perceptions, and satisfaction of MM FEB UGM students with the services provided by that section, as well as to know is there a relationship between the quality of academic administrative services to the satisfaction of MM FEB UGM students.
The results showed that the elements of the services provided by the academic administration is very important for 4:58. The response to the perceived service performance is good that is equal to 4:10. The level of student satisfaction is at 3:53, which means students are satisfied with the services provided by the academic administration.
From the analysis has been done, figures obtained correlation coefficient of rs = 0.553, meaning there is a very strong and positive relationship between the quality of service parts for Academic Administration at MM FEB UGM student satisfaction.

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI BURSA EFEK JAKARTA

Simultaneous test results showed that the calculated F value of 10.421 with a significance of 0.000 is smaller than the expected level of significance of 5%, which means that the asset structure, firm size, profitability, sales growth and operating leverage simultaneously affect the capital structure. Thus the formulation of the sixth hypothesis proven. While based on test results of the beta coefficient of 0.508, the structure of assets is an independent factor that most affects the capital structure as the dependent factor, because the beta coefficients are owned asset structure is the largest beta coefficient when compared with the beta coefficient of company size factor of 0.262, the profitability factor of 0.109 , sales growth factor of 0.120, and the operating leverage factor of 0.112. so that the formulation of hypothesis seven unanswered.Keywords : structure of assets, profitability, sales growth and operating leverage

Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of Indonesia's macroeconomic indicators, namely Economic Growth, inflation, interest rates, and changes in the Rupiah exchange rate on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period is used from January 2014 to December 2018. This research is quantitative descriptive Object using secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis tools with a level of significant 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: Economic growth has no effect and is not significant on the CSPI, inflation has no effect and is not significant on the CSPI, interest rates have no effect and is not significant on the CSPI, and exchange rate changes have no effect and are not significant on the CSPI, and the influence of macro indicators Indonesia's economy, namely Economic Growth, inflation, interest rates, and changes in the Rupiah exchange rate simultaneously and significantly influence the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI)

This study aimed to examine the effect of audit assignments, accountability, and understanding of information systems to audit quality. The population in this study is the auditor who worked on the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Jakarta. KAP number located in Jakarta are located as much as 237 and as many as 31 in East Jakarta and taken as a sample of 15 KAP. Primary data collection method used is the method of sampling and nonprobabilitas of 150 questionnaires distributed 103 questionnaires were returned there. Data analysis techniques used in this test is the multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate that in partial accountability and understanding of information systems that affect audit quality, while simultaneously audit assignment variables, accountability and understanding of information systems affect the quality of the audit.Keywords: Assignment Audit, Accountability, Understanding Information Systems and Audit Quality

This research is motivated by the conditions of competition in services university education s getting tight, so that university managers should create a new marketing strategy and find out what factors are able to maintain and achieve a higher market share . In this study data werecollected through questionnaire method against 141 student respondents STIENUS Yogyakarta which is the object of this study . Sampling technique in this study using accidental sampling method , namely the principle of coincidence , where the sample is determined by chance meets and respondents were considered suitable then that is selected to be sampled.( Ferdinand : 2006) . Then the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis include validity and reliability , the classic assumption test , test hypotheses through F test and t test analysis and test the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) . The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regersi analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis . The data that have met the test of validity , reliability testing , and classical assumption processed to produce a regression equationas follows : Y1=0.778X1+0.222X2 Y2=0.220X1+0.159X2+0.319Y1 The results of the analysis found that the two factors of service quality and price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that the two independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect the dependent variable student loyalty . Then through the F test can be seen that the variable quality of service and price have a significant effect jointly to the student loyalty Figures R-square model I shows the results for 0528 , which means the variation of student satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables used in the regression equation was 52.8 % , while the remaining 47.2 % is influenced by other factors outside of the variables used in this study . While the rate of regression R-square for Model II produces a figure of 0 . 324 indicates that the independent varaiabel affect student loyalty , while the remaining 67.6 % percent is explained by variables other than the variables used in this study .Keywords :quality of service , price , satisfaction , loyalty student

The aim of this research is to prove whether there is a partial or simultaneous effect of workload, interpersonal conflict, and communication on work stress with the object of research being teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Magelang. This study used a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data with collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population of this study was 108, the sampling technique was purposive sampling and the number of samples was determined using the slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% so that 85 respondents were obtained. Data analysis techniques were carried out by testing data quality, classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the statistical t test found that partially showing workload had no effect on work stress. While interpersonal conflict variables and communication variables affect work stress. Based on the results of the F test, it was proved that the variables of workload, interpersonal conflict, and communication simultaneously affected work stress.

Abstract
This study aims to measure empirically the influence of profitability and firm size to investment opportunity set of companies, on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a replication of the previous research of Hartati (2006). This study examines the effect of profits and corporate wealth on IOS. The independent variable in this study is profitability measured by ROA and corporate wealth (Size) as measured by total assets. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between Profitability to Set investment opportunities (IOS). These results can be interpreted that the higher the profitability the greater the investment opportunity of Manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While in terms of size, there is no influence between the size of the company against investment opportunity Set (IOS). These results can be interpreted that the high low investment opportunities of companies is not determined by the size of the company. The low coefficient of determination in this study, which is 34.1% indicates that the model of this study has not been able to explain optimally about the factors that affect the Investment Opportunity Set at manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, so the need for additional variables

Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Laporan Kinerja Direktorat Jendral pajak (DJP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan nilai penghasilan tidak kena pajak terhadap penerimaan pajak penghasilan di Indonesia. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, Jenis data sekunder, dengan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukan bahwa perubahan PTKP berpengaruh terhadap jumlah penerimaan pajak penghasilan pasal 21 di Indonesia. Sedangkan perubahan jumlah wajib pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pajak penghasilan pasal 21 di Indonesia akan tetapi Jjumlah wajib pajak mengalami peningkatan dan rasio kepatuhan juga mengalami peningkatan.

Legislation goverment the taxation of the income tax came into force sinceJanuary 1, 1984 is Law No. 7 of 1983 concerning income tax. Later amended byLaw No.17 of 2000, and recent changes in the Constitution Act No. fourth. 17 of2008. Changes in income tax laws will certainly affect the value of the income taxwithheld for income tax article 21 or corporate income tax.Effect of tax levied on income tax article 21 for the invitation No regulations.36 of 2008 which came into effect in 2009 showed a decrease of changesimpacting the tax levied 21 pph of 55%. 29 As for the income tax for year 2009have an impact on the increase by 78% Due PPh29. These increases have animpact on the profit after tax decreased by 54%. PPh29 Due to the year 2010there is a decrease of 12%. And an increase in profit after tax of 7%. This is insince enactment of a single tariff for the year 2009 with a tariff of 28% and in2010 with a tariff of 25%.Similarly, a taxpayer with an individual invitation No regulatory changes. 36of 2008 provides benefits, this is because the tax to be levied smaller. Butcontrary to the Agency taxpayers, resulting in an increase in the value ofcorporate tax payable Article 29 and a decrease in the value of after-tax earnings.

Abstract
With the development of technology and supporting educational processes in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period, an e-learning application system is needed. With the existence of e-learning, it is hoped that it can help students better master the educational modules provided by lecturers. This research was conducted in the 6th semester of the Informatics Engineering Program, Faculty of Computer Science at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The type of research conducted in this study uses quantitative methods. Data analysis technique The method used is a method called CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) which is used to measure the level of customer satisfaction. This research can make it easier for the Puskom (Computer Center) section to analyze weaknesses in E-Learning.

The development of technology, especially cellular phones, is very rapid. Many emerging new brands and ultimately trigger competition. Cellular phone companies are competing to create new products as their superior products. As a superior product, of course, a product must have more value than the products of other companies. Product innovation must continue. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality partially on purchasing decisions for Vivo brand smartphones, partially influence brand image on purchasing decisions for Vivo brand smartphones, partially influence price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Vivo brand smartphones and the effect of product quality, brand image. and price perception simultaneously on the purchase decision of Vivo brand smartphones.
This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the entire community of Yogyakarta. This study uses a purposive sampling method so that the researchers set 99 research samples, namely all Yogyakarta people (adults or at least 17 years old) both men and women who use or have used Vivo brand smartphones. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire and the analysis was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression analysis.
Based on the research and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that product quality partially influences the decisions of the people of Yogyakarta in deciding to purchase Vivo brand smartphones, brand image partially influences the decisions of the people of Yogyakarta in deciding to purchase Vivo brand smartphones, price perceptions partially influence the decisions of the people of Yogyakarta. in deciding the purchase of Vivo brand smartphones and product quality, brand image and price perceptions together influence the decision of the people of Yogyakarta in deciding to purchase Vivo brand smartphones.

ANALISIS PENGARUH MAKRO EKONOMI TERHADAP NON PERFOMING FINANCING (NPF) PADA PERBANKAN SYARIAH di INDONESIA

This study aims to analyze the macro economic effect toward Non Performing Financing (NPF) in Indonesia sharia banking. On macroeconomic measured by BI Rate, Inflation and Exchange Rate. The objects in this study are Sharia Commercial Bank and Sharia Business Unit in Indonesia registered period January 2009 - September 2014 as many as 34 sharia banks. Data analysis technique used in this research is using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple regression test using SPSS 19. From result of normality test show result of Asymp. Sig more than 0.05 with this variable model is normal. The result of the analysis using t test partially macro variables either BI Rate, Inflation and Exchange rate have an effect on NPF and F test simultaneously all macro variables have an effect on NPF sharia banking Indonesia.

This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of the Bogor District Revenue Service for the 2014-2016 period. The type of data in this study is secondary data, in the form of the Financial Institutional Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) of the Bogor Regency Regional Revenue Service for three years, namely 2014, 2015 and 2016. The data collection techniques used were documentation techniques. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that the performance of the Bogor Regency Regional Revenue Service in terms of the six program activities is carried out economically, efficiently and effectively.

PENGARUH TINGKAT PERPUTARAN PIUTANG, PERSEDIAAN DAN MODAL KERJA TERHADAP RENTABILITAS EKONOMI (Studi Kasus : Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2007-2009)

The data used in this study is data taken from the manufacturing company IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in 2007-2009. The data used are the items of financial statement balance sheet and profit and loss financial statement. At the balance sheet, the data items used are inventories, receivables and working capital. Whereas in the income statement items that are used are in the post COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), sales and net income (net income). Based on the results of the analysis indicate that 1) Average turnover on the Stock Exchange manufacturing company can be said to be good and relatively stable due to the combined average is between the average value of the minimum receivable turnover and average value of the maximum turnover, and this means of payment debt on credit sales go well and smoothly. 2) Overall economic profitability of manufacturing firms can be said to be good, because the combined average economic rantabilitas is above the minimum and below the maximum value, this means that the strategy or the company's ability to generate and increase the profit is good. 3) The average turnover rate from 2007 to 2008 decreased by 0.53, while the average turnover rate of 2007 to 2008 increased by 1.76 times or by 19.62%. As for the average inventory turnover rate from 2007 to year 2009 decreased by 0.08 times or by 8%, whereas from 2008 to 2009, the average inventory turnover decreased significantly by 6.85. For the average working capital turnover rate from 2007 to 2008, an increase of 2.84 times. Meanwhile, from 2008 to 2009, the average rate of turnover of working capital decreased by 1.01 times. For the average economic rate of return the company, from 2007 to 2008 decreased by 0.89 times or by 30%, whereas from 2008 to 2009, experienced a very sharp decline, and it is also accompanied with a reduction in average Average inventory turnover rate from 2008 to 2009, that is equal to 1.88 times or 90%. From the results of research on manufacturing firms listed in IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) above there is a significant effect between the level of accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and working capital turnover rate of the economic profitability of the company.Key words: IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange), Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Working Capital Turnover Rate and Profitability in Business Economics.

Abstract
The social restriction policy in an effort to stop the spread of Covid-19 has caused almost all community activities to be carried out from home. This condition results in changes in the way transactions are carried out by the public, namely the tendency for online or online transactions to tend to increase. When there is a change in transactions, business actors are still required to provide excellent service quality, good website quality and the provision of quality products.
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, web quality on consumer satisfaction and whether web quality can moderate service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. This study uses primary data sources with a sample of 100 people. Data quality was tested by Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling (KMO) and reliability tests, which were then analyzed using structural equations (SEM).
The results showed that service quality, product quality had an effect on customer satisfaction. The moderation effect of web quality shows that web quality is a predictor of moderation

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of liquidity, solvency, and activity on the profitability of companies in the food and beverage industry sector. The data analysis period used in this study is data from 2014 to 2018. The data used are secondary data. The research objects were 11 companies in the food and beverage industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method of multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study, using the classic assumption test, t statistical test, F statistical test, and the coefficient of determination test. Based on the test results found that liquidity (current ratio) and solvency (debt to equity ratio) partially have an impact on company profitability. While the activity (TATO) has no impact on the profitability of the company. Simultaneously liquidity, activity and solvency have an impact on company profitability.

The production business know they are hereditary which has been running for a long time, but until now have not been able to develop properly. That is because they ( TAHU produsen) have not been able to produce in large quantities, and yet have the production process of a good standard and quality. That is when they find out they sold not packaged good and interesting, such as the expiration date so, it is hard to reach markets outside their home country. They manufacture and sell still traditionally so that when their products are not sold on that day, they have not been able to process them into other food products, just let it alone. The need for product certification to ensure product quality.Implementation of the program is able to improve the understanding makers know about the use of accounting or financial management to be able to calculate the true cost of production. ABSTRACK
This study aims to determine whether a product, place, price and promotion affect the decision pembembelian in ChaChaMilk Tea beverage products and to identify variables (product, place, price and promotion) which are the most influential on the decision pembembelian in ChaChaMilk Tea beverage products. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis. In this study using 100 respondents. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. In this study penggumpulan data is done by questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature. Hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression. Independent variable is the product, place, price and promotion. The dependent variable is the consumer's decision.
Results from this study is the variable product has a significant influence on consumer decisions, namely 4.585> 1.984, variable place has a significant influence on consumer decisions, namely 3.039> 1.984, the price variable has a significant influence on consumer decisions, namely 2.138> 1.984 promotion variables have an influence significantly to consumer decisions, namely 3.386> 1.984 and the effect of variable products, place, price and promotion coefficient (
) of 0.633.

Money as a exchange tool has been recognized thousand of years. Julius Caesar introduces standard of gold money and silver around 46 BC. In the other side, in the world of Islam, gold money and silver that recognized with Dinar and Dirham are also used since a beginning Islam good to activity muamalah or religious service like religious obligatory and diyat till the termination of Kekhalifahan Usmaniah Turki in 1924. Gold has been desisted its function as [the] money in 1914, even though gold is fixed accepted as medium of payment in international trade. Gold haves value sells, that not owned bank note. Differ from fiat money, difficult gold experienced of inflation and will never devaluation pass by a decree by certain government, because gold will follow market price that go into effect. In other word gold is asset that really self-supporting that its value not depend on political decision any government. BPA and MPA is forms scheme payment in international trade by using gold various kinds of gold coins without eliminate local currency. Abstract
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate empirically the effect of the current ratio, acid test ratio, inventory turnover and total asset turnover, to stock return either partially on the company manufacturing which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling technique was purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 36 companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2009 period. The hypothesis testing is done by using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression, which assisted with statistical data that is if the program Statistical programs and service solution (SPSS) ver.16
From the results of this study prove that the test was partially influence, shows that the ratio of the respective ratios: current ratio, acid test ratio, total asset turnover and inventory turnover significantly influence stock returns. Any increase or decrease the value of current ratio, acid test ratio, total asset turnover and inventory turnover will be followed by a partial change in stock price. This shows that investors pay attention to any changes in the value of each ratio is current ratio, acid test ratio, total asset turnover and inventory turnover since it relates closely to the expected profit from a particular company's stock ownership.

Perataan laba (income smoothing) adalah praktik yang umum dilakukan oleh manajer perusahaan untuk mengurangi fluktuasi laba, yang diharapkan mempunyai pengaruh yang bermanfaat bagi evaluasi kinerja manajemen. Namun demikian, praktik ini telah dikritik oleh banyak pihak karena dapat menyebabkan pengungkapan dalam laporan keuangan menjadi tidak memadai. Akibatnya, laporan keuangan tidak lagi mencerminkan keadaan sebenarnya mengenai hal-hal yang terjadi di perusahaan yang seharusnya perlu diketahui oleh pemakai laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi praktik perataan laba yaitu besaran perusahaan (size), Net Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, Return On Asset, dan Financial Leverage. Sampel terdiri dari 30 perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 5 tahun dari tahun 2004 – 2008, dengan subsampel sebanyak 150 laporan keuangan. Untuk mengidentifikasi perusahaan yang melakukan praktik perataan laba dan tidak melakukan praktik perataan laba dengan menggunakan Indeks Eckel. Perhitungan Indeks Eckel dilakukan melalui 3 tahap, yaitu tahun 2004 - 2006, 2004 - 2007, dan 2004 - 2008. Analisis statistik yang digunakan terdiri dari (1) pengujian univariate, untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan antara perusahaan perata dan bukan perata, dalam hal ini menggunakan Independent Samples T-Test jika data terdistribusi normal dan Mann-Whitney Test jika data tidak terdistribusi normal, (2) Pengujian multivariate, dengan menggunakan binary logistic regression untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perataan laba. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multivariate secara serentak maupun terpisah terhadap kelima variabel independen, ternyata hanya variabel Net Profit Margin dan Operating Profit Margin yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perataan laba. Namun, variabel Net Profit Margin paling berpengaruh terhadap perataan laba karena memiliki pengaruh sebesar 59,91%.Kata Kunci: Perataan Laba, Besaran Perusahaan (Size), Net Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Financial Leverage

Abstract
Many factors influence stock prices, among others, company performance, market behavior, economic conditions, interest rates, demand and supply, Price Book Value (PBV), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and Earning Per Share (EPS). These last three factors will be used to analyze how big the effect on stock prices in Food and Beverage Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. Using technical Linear multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS 21 program This research uses independent variable of ratio of PBV, PER, and EPS and for dependent variable using price of stock. This study proves that simultaneously independent variables PBV, PER, and EPS have a significant effect on stock prices, as well as partially significant effect. The ability of PBV, PER, and EPS variables in explaining the stock price of 47% and 53% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

research was conducted with quantitative methods. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. The
data analysis technique is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 18 program. Leadership
style, motivation, compensation, and organizational culture simultaneously influence employee
performance. Partial leadership style has no ef ect and is not significant on employee performance. Partial motivation has a significant ef ect on employee performance. Partial compensation has a significant ef ect on employee performance. Partial culture has a significant ef ect on employee

Pendapatan dan biaya akan diakui dalam Laporan laba rugi jika kenaikan dan penurunan manfaat ekonomi dimasa depan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan dan penurunan aktiva atau penurunan dan peningkatan kewajiban telah terjadi dan dapat diukur dengan andal.Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa kontruksi (kontraktor) maka dalam pengakuan pendapatan dan biaya harus dilihat dari sifat pekerjaan yang sudah dapat diukur atau diestimasi atau tidak. Apabila hasil (Outcome) kontrak konstruksi dapat diestimasi secara andal, maka pendapatan kontrak dan biaya kontrak yang berhubungan dengan kontrak konstruksi harus diakui masing-masing sebagai pendapatan dan beban dnegan memperhatikan tahap penyelesaian aktivitas kontrak pada tanggal neraca. Taksiran rugi (expected loss) pada kontrak konstruksi tersebut harus segera diakui sebagai beban.Dalam metode kontrak selesai , pendapatan dilaporkan atas dasar hasil akhir taksiran dan pengaruhnya terhadap laba dapat menimbulkan distorsi karena pendapatan tidak dilaporkan sampai kontrak selesai.Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Neraca, Laba Rugi dan Kontrak Konstruksi

Abstract
This study aims to determine the partial effect of 1) Online Learning Quality on Student Satisfaction, 2) Learning Motivation on Student Satisfaction, and to examine the effect simultaneously, 3) Online Learning Quality and Learning Motivation on Student Satisfaction at STIE "YKP" Yogyakarta.
Survey research, quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were students at STIE "YKP" Yogyakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data sources include primary data obtained by providing a google from questionnaire via wattshap, and secondary data including literature studies. Tests in this study using Validity, Reliability, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing t Test, F Test, Correlation Coefficient Test (R), and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). Data processing was carried out using SPSS computer software version 16.0 for windows.
The results showed that the online learning quality variable had a significant effect on student satisfaction, where the significant value was 0.000

MODELlNG MOTIVATION TO GRADUATE GLOBAL ENTREPRENEUR

According to data DG Education Youth and School of Foreign Ministries of National Education of Indonesia 75.3 million youth, 6.6 percent of the graduate degree. Of these 82% worked in government and private institutions, while only 18% who try to own or become self-employed. And more and more university graduates to become entrepreneurs will be able to speed up economic recovery. Entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship) affect the nation's economic progress.The government tried to encourage university graduates to be creative entrepreneurs and a strong SMEs. Entrepreneurship movement in Indonesia is already there since 1995 last year. Government through INPRES No. 4 in 1995 launched a National Movement Popularizing and Cultivating Entrepreneurship (GNMMK). Efforts to encourage entrepreneurship scholars now also done by Depnakertrans through TKPMP, and the Education Ministry with the Bachelor of Rural Development Activator (SP3).There are at least 3 (three) obstacles in growing interest in entrepreneurship for university graduates. The first issue mindset that a degree is to seek employment rather than job creators. The second problem is the lack of seriousness from both central government and local entrepreneurs in creating university graduates. The third issue of the entrepreneurship curriculum in higher education who are not yet compulsory courses.The purpose of this study is to see the real picture of the actual practice of entrepreneurship is the study of entrepreneurship scholars. One of them is the motivation of scholars to be a global entrepreneur. This research is more focused on the degree of motivation modeling the global entrepreneur.The data used in this study are primary data of the variables determining global entrepreneurship degree of motivation. Scope of research scholars focused on the perpetrators of SMEs in Depok area has become a global entrepreneur for more than or equal to one year. The sample selected using random sampling techniques. Research model was developed based on the model used by Yohnson (2003). Multiple linear regression analysis and factor analysis used in this study.The results showed that the most dominant factor motivating graduates to be global entrepreneurs are Job Satisfaction factors, Work Variation factors, Leadership factors, Idealism factors, and Requirements factors. These five factors that make SMEs principal scholars in Depok area into global entrepreneurs.Keywords: entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship, global entrepreneurship

D'Omah Hotel Yogya is a service industry that combines products and services. In improving service quality, this cannot be separated from the role of employees. This means that companies must be able to analyze the factors that can affect employee performance. These factors are workload, work motivation and work environment. This study used a questionnaire data collection technique (questionnaire) with 50 employees at D'omah Hotel Yogya as the research sample. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is employee performance and for the independent variable (X) in this study are workload (X1), work motivation (X2), work environment (X3). The instrument in this study was a questionnaire containing questions to be responded to by consumers. Determining the score in this research instrument respondents were asked to fill in the questions using a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression is done with SPSS. From the results of research conducted, workload, work motivation, and work environment simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on the performance of D'Omah hotel Yogya employees in Yogyakarta.

Bankruptcy of the company is one of the important analysis performed for the company to determine the company's financial position and selanjutkan have an idea of what action should be taken to maintain the value of the company and improve the shortcomings of companies that were able to survive and as well as the competitiveness of other companies. Bankruptcies experienced by the company PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk, which occurred in an example of the need to perform predictive analysis of bankruptcy.
The purpose of this study to analyze the bankruptcy prediction at the telecommunications company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010- 2014 financial statements with Z.score Altman method. The data used are secondary data from the financial statements listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and stock prices, data collection techniques quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques.
Results from the study show the results of bankruptcy prediction model of the Altman Z-Score that PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk are in healthy condition, PT Indosat Tbk and PT. XL Axiata Tbk in conditions of Grey Area (cartilage) and PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk, PT and PT Smartfren Tbk is predicted to be in an unhealthy condition.

DAMPAK JANGKA PENDEK DARI PENURUNAN BI RATE TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN NASIONAL (Penurunan BI rate periode Januari – Desember 2016)

Abstract
2017 economic growth is estimated to still be in the range of 5 percent to 5.4 percent and will increase to 5.1 percent to 5.5 percent in 2018. The rupiah moves stably and tends to appreciate. During August 2017, the average rupiah strengthened by 0.02 percent. This strengthening was affected by the weakening US dollar and inflows of foreign funds which caused net supply conditions in the foreign exchange market (BI, 2017). The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the decline of the BI rate on the national economy in the short term. This research is quantitative descriptive research describing the impact arising from the policy made by BI as the monetary authority in relation to the benchmark interest rate policy (BI rate). From the results of the analysis and discussion of the impact of the BI rate decrease of 34.5%, the short-term impact of the BI rate on the overall economy is positive but very weak.

REAKSI HARGA SAHAM TERHADAP PENGUMUMAN DIVIDEN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI, PERIODE 2008 – 2009)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kandungan informasi (information content) dalam pengumuman pembagian dividen yang dibagikan kepada pemegang saham pada perusahaan manufaktur periode 2008-2009. Jika pengumuman dividen tersebut memiliki kandungan informasi, maka harga saham akan bereaksi. Reaksi harga saham dilihat dengan indikator ada tidaknya abnormal return di sekitar tanggal pengumuman dividen. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat uji statistik paired t test.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok perusahaan manufaktur yang terdapat di bursa efek Indonesia sampai dengan tahun 2009 dengan tahun pengamatan 2008-2009. Teknik pengambilan sample berdasarkan purposive sampling. Pengujian terhadap reaksi harga saham ini menggunakan event study, dengan sampel perusahaan yang mengumumkan pembagian dividen sekali dalam satu tahun dan berturut-turut pada periode 2008-2009, serta tidak melakukan pengumuman lain selama 5 hari sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman pembagian dividen. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 28 perusahaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 15 dengan taraf signifikansi 0, 05.Hasil pengujian menggunakan uji paired test menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan abnormal return signifikan di sekitar tanggal pengumuman deviden, yaitu 5 hari sebelum pengumuman dan 5 hari sesudah pengumuman dividen. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t hasil pengujian lebih besar dari taraf penerimaan hipotesis 0, 05. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kandungan informasi dalam pengumuman pembagian dividen, yang ditunjukkan dengan tidak adanya return signifikansi di sekitar tanggal pengumuman pembagian dividen.

Abstract
The management and effectiveness of the Village Fund is an assessment of the accountability of the village government to report the results of the performance of all activities that have been carried out to the community. This accountability is carried out so that the village government has performance measures with performance targets that have been planned from the start in order to obtain measurable results.
This study aims to determine how the Village Fund is managed and how much is the level of effectiveness of the Panggungharjo village government in managing the Village Fund. The Panggungharjo Village Government with the title of being a village government with the best absorption of Village Funds, of course, always has its own efforts and ways to maintain good performance.
This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, and the results of this study indicate that the management of Village Funds in the Panggungharjo village government is effective in accordance with the targets that have been planned and the right direction of goals. Because at every stage of village government management starting from planning, implementation to reporting, the community always involves the community through the Village Consultative Body (BPD).

The research objective is to analyze the financial performance of industrial equipment companies using the economic value added (EVA) method, namely PT Chitose Internasional Tbk, PT Kedaung Indah Tbk, and PT Langgeng Makmur Industri Tbk. The analytical method in this study uses quantitative primary data. The data used is secondary data, obtained from financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and https://www.idx.co.id/.The results of this study indicate that from the calculation results, there are 3 home industry equipment companies with 3 periods that are the research samples using the EVA method, there is only one of 3 companies with a positive EVA value from 2018 to 2020, namely the Langgeng Makmur Idustri Tbk company. A positive EVA value describes the company's good financial performance, which shows that the company is able to create value through operational activities, namely with the ability to pay obligations and generate profits.

Corporate governance in the world of economics is considered as important in the case of state government. This study examines how the principles of Good Corporate Goverence on the procedure of crediting in the denagerberbankan at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. This research is a case study research conducted in a private company engaged in banking in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between the implementation of corporate governance (GCG) principles on credit procedures in the company. Corporate Governance as a set of rules that establishes the relationships of shareholders, managers, creditors, governments, employees and other internal and external stakeholders in respect of their rights and obligations, or in other words the systems that direct and control the company. Where there are five principles of Good Corporate Governance namely: a) Information disclosure, b) Accountability, c) Accountability, d) Independence, e) Fairness. Data collection methods used in this study are interview and document analysis company. The results of this study indicate an important role between GCG forwarding on lending procedures. The results of this study encourage and motivate the company to make GCG principles as a corporate culture.

ABSTRACT
The study entitled "Analysis of Factors Affecting Consumer Purchase Decisions on Cokro Tela Cake Food Products" aims to determine the influence of factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions on food products at Cokro Tela Cake in Pringgokusuman Village, Yogyakarta City.
This study found in the product variable there is a probability value of 0.535> 0.05 and with a calculated t value of 0.624 smaller than the value of t table 1.99, it can be concluded that the product does not significantly influence the decision of consumers in buying products, the price variable has a value probability of 0.001 0.05 and with the value of t count amounting to 1.896 smaller than the value of t table 1.99, it can be concluded that the place does not significantly influence the decision of consumers to buy products, and in the promotion variable there is a probability value of 0.029

As for the data analysis methods used are simple regression as an analysis tool can be used to determine the influence of the number of motor vehicles with revenue in the Regions Istimewa Yogyakarta. The results showed that there was a strong enough influence between the number of vehicles on local revenue that is equal to 84.8%.

Abstract
This research aims to review and analyze more about: 1) control system internal revenue cash sales in CV. Dental Jaya; 2) Strengths and weaknesses internal control system cash receipts cash sales in CV. Dental Jaya.
The research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted in january until february 2020 at CV. Dental Jaya Yogyakarta. The subject of study is. CV. Dental Jaya. Whereas the object out control system is internally cash and cash the accounting system. Retrieval and data collection techniques using: 1) Documentation; 2) Interview; 3) Observation. Data analysis using methods descriptive analysis comparative with a qualitative approach.
The results of the analysis and discussion showing that the adoption of internal control system over the cash from the sale of cash in CV. Dental Jaya has in accordance with studies the theory and implementation of procedure cash revenue from the sale of cash in cv .Dental Jaya had run quite well and effective. Nevertheless there are some things that should be evaluated repeated as the cashier thumb by all parts , this should be avoided to avoid the fraud.
