ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BINTANG FAJAR YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of salaries, allowances, incentives, facilities and ties between employees on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Bintang Fajar Yogyakarta. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. For the data analysis methods used in this research is descriptive analysis of quantitative and qualitative methods of measurement descriptions and statements and can be expressed by the form of numbers. Based on t test results that the salary of a positive effect, with tcount amounted to 5.360 greater than ttabel 2.039 (5.360> 2.039), Allowances positive effect, with tcount of 2,351 over ttabel 2,039 (2,351> 2,039), Incentive positive effect with values thitung 2,449 greater than ttabel 2,039 (2,449> 2,039), amenities positive effect with tcount amounted to 3.519 greater than ttabel 2,039 (3,519> 2,039) and Inter Employee positive effect with tcount amounted to 2.876 greater than ttable 2,039 (2,876> 2,039) overall the F test for variable salary, allowances, incentives, facilities and Intergovernmental Relations Employee, with a value of 8.886 Fhitung greater than F table with a value of 3.304 (8.886> 3.304). Thus the variable salary, allowances, incentives, facilities and Relationships Employees jointly positive and significant impact on Employee Satisfaction.
