Abstract


This research aims to determine how the MLM compensation system Tianshi, the factors that can motivate distributors and how correlations between Multi Level Marketing compensation system on the level of motivation Tianshi distributors. Based on the analysis, Tiens MLM compensation system in the form of retail bonus, bonuses and bonus shering international network. The factors that can motivate a distributor needs achievement, affiliation and power. Pearson product moment correlation results obtained for 0.624 r this proves that there is a positive correlation between MLM compensation system on the level of motivation Tianshi distributors.
