ABSTRACT
Islam as a deen, rules of life set perfectly all the procedures included in the behavior and ethics of marketing, known as sharia marketing. Sharia marketing strategy is a business discipline that directs the process of creation, supply and change the value of an initiator to the stakeholders, which in the overall process in accordance with the contract and the principles muamalah in Islam. In sharia marketing, there are four (4) characteristics that distinguish it from the conventional marketing is divinity (rabbaniyah), ethical (akhlaqiyyah), realistic (al-waqi'iyah), and humanistic (insaniyah). Marketing principles of sharia are based on values: the spiritual personality (taqwa), well-behaved and sympathetic (sidiq), to be fair in the marketing of products (al fair), serve customers with a smile and humble (solemn), keep promises and not cheating (tahfif), honest and trustworthy (al-trust), did not like the prejudice (su'uzhzhann), not vilify (backbiting) and do not do bribes (risywah)
