Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction of CIAO GELATO Yogyakarta employees. In this study used primary data obtained from field research with the object of research of all employees of CIAO GELATO Yogyakarta and secondary data that can support the research. To process and analyze the data, the authors use the help of multiple linear regression statisticanalisis used to determine the relationship patterns that reveal the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable.
Based on the results of regression analysis obtained that simultaneously, quality of work life and organizational citizenship behaviormempunyai significant influence terhadaop job satisfaction employees. Partially quality of work life has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
