PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASIONAL, KOMUNIKASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA SDM DI BEBERAPA BMT DI SLEMAN BARAT

Abstract


Human Resource Performance hardly determines for organization performance, causing business taking place an organization hardly determined by height of Human Resource performance in that organization. And so do the things of with success of BMT in Sleman Barat in building its (the business is also determined by its) the Human Resource performance. This research aim to know are there leadership factor influence situasional, communications, and kepuasa job(activity to Human Resource performance in some BMT in Sleman Barat.
Population in this research is all the Human Resources 11’s BMT in Sleman Barat which amounts to 138, and altogether is made research sample, what consisted of element of employee and element of management. This research haves the character of explanatory research, with analysis utilized is doubled linear regression, hypothesis test (t-test and F-test), and coefficient of determination. Instrument of research is tested in advance by using validity test and reliability.
Result of doubled liner regression analysis is obtained equation Y = - 1,420 + 0,281X1 + 0,539X2 + 0,534X3. Medium of hypothesis test result obtained that: t-test leadership variable calculate equal ( 2,939) > t tables ( 2,021) and significantly under 0,05, t-test variable calculate Communication is obtained value 4,257 > t tables ( 2,021) and signifikansi under 0,05, t-test Job satisfaction variable calculate 4,228 > t tables ( 2,021) and signifikansi under 0,05. From F-test is obtained F-test is 19,129 with level of signifikansi 0000. While Ftabel is 2,70 and F-test probability ( 0000) far smaller than 0,05, hence regression model can be used to predict performance Human Resource ( Y) or can be told, that Situacional leadership ( X1), Communications ( X2), and Job satisfaction ( X3) joinly influential to Human Resource performance in BMT in Sleman Barat ( Y). Medium from testing coefficient of determination is obtained Adjusted R square, namely 0,521. This means that 52,10% from performace Human Resource in BMT in Sleman Barat influenced by Situacional leadership, Communications, and Labour capacity, medium of 47,90% the rest determined by other factor. From the statistic test result indicates that communications variable and labour capacity hardly having an effect on in signifikan, so that for the side of management need to develop both this variables to be more efectivelly its (the leadership).
