DAMPAK REVITALISASI PASAR PRAMBANAN TERHADAP TINGKAT PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of capital partially on traders income in the Prambanan Market after revitalization, 2) the influence of business locations partially on the traders' income in the Prambanan Market after revitalization, 3) the influence of working hours partially on the income of traders in the Prambanan Market post revitalization, 4) the effect of business duration partially on the income of traders in the Prambanan Market after revitalization, 5) the effect of capital, business location, working hours, and business duration simultaneously on the income of traders in the Prambanan Market after revitalization. This research uses descriptive research method, with a quantitative approach, which is to examine a particular population or sample, while for the time approach used in this study is a cross sectional method, the population of this study is all traders in the Prambanan Market of 1500 traders, with the total samples used in this research was 94 traders. Date collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires /questionnair, literature study, and documentation. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a positive influence of capital and working hours on the income of traders in the Prambanan Market after revitalization, and there was a negative influence on the business location and business time duration on the income of traders in the Prambanan Market after revitalization. There was an influence on capital, business location, working hours and business time duration a simultaneously to wards the income of traders in the Prambanan Market after revitalization. This is indicated by the results of the Fcount value of 402.309 with sig 0.000 <0.05 which means that there is a significant influence between the variables of capital, business location, working hours, and business duration on the income of traders in the Prambanan Market after revitalization. R² value of 0.948 shows the effect of capital, business location, working hours, and business duration on the income of traders in the Prambanan Market after revitalization as 94.8%, the remaining 5.2% by other variables.
